By confirming, you are submitting your revocation. It is deemed received on time if sent before the revocation period expires (§ 356a para. 5 BGB). The receipt confirmation including content, date and time will be sent immediately to the provided address.

What happens next

We will refund all payments to you immediately, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as your original transaction — and we will not charge you anything for this. If you explicitly requested us to begin service before the withdrawal period ends, we will retain a proportional amount for the services rendered up to that point (§ 357a para. 2 BGB).
